The principle
Automation multiplies whatever it is pointed at. We build systems that produce content at scale, so we do not build or operate them for purposes that cause harm at scale.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Website, our services or anything we deliver to:
- Engage in illegal activity, or produce or distribute content that is unlawful where it is made or published.
- Commit fraud, including deceptive offers, fake reviews, fake endorsements or misleading claims about products, services or people.
- Send spam, including unsolicited bulk messages or content published in volume to manipulate platforms or search results.
- Run phishing or any attempt to trick people into revealing credentials, payment details or personal information.
- Create or spread malware, or any code designed to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems.
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights, including using material you do not have the rights to as input for generation.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, including synthetic voices or likenesses of real people used without their permission.
- Abuse third-party APIs, including breaking a provider’s terms, rate limits or usage policies, or sharing access keys you are not authorised to share.
- Circumvent security controls, including bypassing authentication, access limits or content filters of any system.
- Cause harm or abuse, including harassment, threats, content that promotes violence or hatred, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits vulnerable people.
Third-party policies
Systems we build may use AI models and platforms that have their own usage policies. You must follow those policies as well as this one. Where a provider’s rules are stricter, they apply.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe a use breaks this Policy, we may decline the work, pause or stop a project, disable a system we operate, or end our agreement, as permitted by our Terms of Service. Where the law requires, we may report activity to the relevant authorities.
